Vacancy: Legal Advisor / In-House Lawyer (Car Rental Business, Dubai)

We are a Dubai-based car rental company working with premium and luxury vehicles, looking for a Legal Advisor / In-House Lawyer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Legal support of car rental operations in the UAE
• Drafting and reviewing contracts (rental agreements, corporate agreements, NDAs, service contracts)
• Advising on UAE laws and regulations related to car rental, traffic law, RTA, insurance, fines, disputes
• Handling claims, customer disputes, fines, and coordination with police / insurance when needed
• Compliance monitoring and risk assessment
• Communication with external lawyers, authorities, and partners if required

Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of UAE law (mandatory)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Russian language is not required, but will be a strong advantage
• Experience in car rental, automotive, transport, or similar business is a big plus
• Based in Dubai or available to work in UAE time zone
• Responsible, detail-oriented, business-minded
