What you will do

• Achieve established goals as set by the Operation Manager.
• Support the team and event organizers using the hirify.globallist ticketing solution.
• Coordinate all aspects of ticketing system setup from start to finish for multiple events.
• Manage client requirements, upload events online, and assist the team and clients with the ticketing system.
• Solve problems efficiently and manage customer requests and complaints.
• Create a Ticket Sales Plan and provide weekly updates, coordinating with marketing and support teams to expand attendance.

Requirements

• Good management skills and availability for the team and client, potentially including weekends.
• Ability to handle all event setup requirements requested by the team and clients.
• Capability to create a great customer experience by setting up a clean and appealing event page.
• Attention to detail in checking events for errors and keeping them updated.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Research and networking abilities to establish leads for relationships.
