Estimator / Site Engineer

Renovation & Fit-Out | Dubai

Salary: 8,000 AED per month

Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for renovation and fit-out projects
- Calculate costs for materials, labor, and subcontractors
- Analyze drawings and BOQs
- Request, compare, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Control project budgets, variations, and cost re-calculations
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and site team

Requirements:

- Proven experience in construction projects in the UAE (renovation / fit-out)
- Good understanding of Dubai construction pricing and subcontractor market
- Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
- English — working proficiency
