What you will do

• Produce 40+ professional tutorial videos following established brand guidelines.
• Create visual guides and supporting graphics that enhance client learning.
• Script, film, edit, and finalize videos from technical concepts into clear, accessible content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and support teams to align video content with client needs.
• Ensure all video content is ADA-compliant with captions and accessibility features.
• Manage the video production pipeline, maintaining consistent quality and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of video production experience, preferably in B2B software, SaaS, or technology environments.
• Proven portfolio of tutorial, educational, or product demonstration videos.
• End-to-end video production skills including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Experience creating accessible video content with captions and transcripts.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple videos simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology or medical software environments.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects or similar).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and video hosting platforms.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for video content.
