Systems Administrator (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Systems Administrator (Cybersecurity): Assist users with government databases, software, and systems, providing Tier I and Tier II help desk support with an accent on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Help Desk operations. Focus on troubleshooting RSA Token requests, maintaining standard operating procedures, and interacting with technical teams to report technical issues accurately.

Location: Onsite in Hanover, MD. Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

What you will do

• Perform basic troubleshooting for RSA Token requests.
• Maintain, distribute, and process returns of RSA tokens.
• Interact with technical teams to accurately report technical issues.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Contribute to IT knowledge articles.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• Experience maintaining logs and using a ticketing system.
• Expertise with Windows Operating Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or four (4) additional years of experience.

• Understanding of computer security principles.
• Ability to work in a customer service-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
