Senior Agentic AI Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing reliable, production-grade agent workflows for an Edtech LMS product with an accent on designing and implementing multi-step agentic systems end-to-end. Focus on integrating AI systems into real user-facing products and ensuring clean integration with the frontend.

Location: Remote (global). Offices available in Kyiv, Lviv (Ukraine) and Warsaw (Poland).

What you will do

• Own the design and implementation of the agentic AI layer end-to-end.
• Build multi-step reasoning workflows, including tool use, orchestration, memory, state, and guardrails.
• Design and implement reliable, observable, and safe AI systems for production.
• Implement evals, monitoring, and failure handling for agent behavior.
• Expose agent capabilities to the frontend via well-designed APIs and streaming responses.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building production AI or backend systems, especially with LLMs as a core component.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic or multi-step LLM systems.
• Proficiency in designing agent orchestration, tool calling, and state management.
• Strong systems and backend fundamentals (APIs, async workflows, data flow, reliability).
• Experience integrating LLMs with React/Next.js applications.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.

• Experience working in early-stage, fast-moving product teams.
