What you will do
- Own and evolve the company’s AI & Automation Knowledge Ecosystem.
- Build, maintain, and govern a living AI Knowledge Base and Use Case Repository.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, internal demos, and updates.
- Design and deliver tailored AI trainings, workshops, and enablement sessions.
- Establish knowledge management standards, taxonomy, and documentation practices.
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams for AI and automation use case development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in knowledge management, AI enablement, or internal platforms in a data- or AI-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and knowledge engineering.
- Hands-on experience building or managing knowledge bases, documentation systems, or AI enablement platforms.
- Ability to translate complex AI and automation concepts into clear guidance.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, product, and business teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills.
