What you will do

  • Own and evolve the company’s AI & Automation Knowledge Ecosystem.
  • Build, maintain, and govern a living AI Knowledge Base and Use Case Repository.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, internal demos, and updates.
  • Design and deliver tailored AI trainings, workshops, and enablement sessions.
  • Establish knowledge management standards, taxonomy, and documentation practices.
  • Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams for AI and automation use case development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in knowledge management, AI enablement, or internal platforms in a data- or AI-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and knowledge engineering.
  • Hands-on experience building or managing knowledge bases, documentation systems, or AI enablement platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex AI and automation concepts into clear guidance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, product, and business teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills.

Hiring process

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) to showcase skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) with potential Team Lead and colleagues.
