What you will do
- Create, maintain, and update CX content with business owners.
- Ensure high-quality knowledge and internal communications for call centers.
- Coordinate translations for accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand alignment.
- Manage glossaries, translation memories, and style guides for consistency.
- Work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders to align priorities and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform regular quality reviews of CX documentation and translations.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a documentation and translation role.
- Fluency in European Portuguese (C1) and Fluency in English (C2).
- Professional translation qualification (e.g., EMT, CIOL, SFT).
- Experience using CMS and AI tools (e.g., DeepL, GPT assistants) to adapt content across languages and platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality content through AI-assisted proofreading.
- Familiarity with translation/localization tools like SDL Trados and Lokalise.
Nice to have
- Experience with content/knowledge systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Zendesk Guide).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Experience with Applied AI Tools such as Gemini.
