Embedded Systems Architect: Leading the technical implementation and continuous improvement of the Remote Service solution (Over-the-Air / OTA) APIs for hirify.global products with an accent on software architecture, troubleshooting, and collaboration with developers. Focus on defining logical work blocks, setting objectives, and providing technical direction for systems and subsystems development.

Location: This position requires working onsite five days a week at the Mossville, IL office. Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position to the United States. Visa sponsorship is NOT available with this position, and foreign national applicants requiring sponsorship are not being hired for this role.

Salary: $147,760.00 – $221,640.00

• Drive continuous software architecture improvement.
• Collaborate with Software Developers, ensuring adherence to technical direction.
• Define logical work blocks and set objectives for complex problem-solving.
• Lead technical development efforts for systems and subsystems, providing direction to the team.
• Create requirements for both platform development and application-specific software.

Requirements

• Degree in an accredited Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science curriculum.
• 10+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Extensive experience with Back-end software development.
• Experience with Linux platform and C/C++ programming languages.
• Experience with multithreading and object-oriented analysis and design methodologies for embedded applications.
• Experience with product development in an Agile environment.
