What you will do

• Own quality decisions and release readiness, primarily for backend services.
• Define, maintain, and evolve QA processes and standards.
• Ensure teams follow the company-wide QA strategy.
• Work hands-on with the backend team on test automation and complex testing scenarios.
• Coordinate QA efforts between backend and frontend teams.
• Improve and support CI/CD pipelines from a QA perspective.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on backend testing.
• Experience in a lead or mentorship role (formal or informal).
• Solid understanding of testing theory and practical application.
• Experience with API testing (manual and automated).
• Hands-on experience with test automation (Python, PyTest or similar).
• English level B2+
