What you will do
- Build and lead the QA team (manual + automation) within the Platform department.
- Define and implement full-cycle QA processes across all phases of the SDLC.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, architects, and product teams.
- Establish and enforce QA best practices, documentation standards, and quality KPIs.
- Write and oversee the creation of test plans, checklists, and test cases.
- Report testing progress and quality status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a QA Lead or Senior role.
- Proven experience in high-load, distributed system environments.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and test design techniques.
- Hands-on experience in backend and API testing (RESTful APIs).
- Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
- Solid skills in test documentation: checklists, test cases, test plans.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and client-server systems.
- Experience with load/performance testing tools.
- Experience with tools like Playwright, Cypress, Postman, Swagger.
- Technical background or basic programming knowledge for backend automation.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Kibana, Grafana).
