What you will do

• Build and lead the QA team (manual + automation) within the Platform department.
• Define and implement full-cycle QA processes across all phases of the SDLC.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, architects, and product teams.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, documentation standards, and quality KPIs.
• Write and oversee the creation of test plans, checklists, and test cases.
• Report testing progress and quality status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a QA Lead or Senior role.
• Proven experience in high-load, distributed system environments.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and test design techniques.
• Hands-on experience in backend and API testing (RESTful APIs).
• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Solid skills in test documentation: checklists, test cases, test plans.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and client-server systems.
• Experience with load/performance testing tools.
• Experience with tools like Playwright, Cypress, Postman, Swagger.
• Technical background or basic programming knowledge for backend automation.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Kibana, Grafana).
