Salary: $5,478–$8,158 USD (monthly, based on an hourly rate of $34.24–$50.99 USD)

What you will do

• Plan, administer, execute, and communicate QA Master Test Plans, incorporating them into the software development process.
• Administer and communicate all QA-related project data and associated risks for assigned projects.
• Manage developer support requests, efficiently balancing them with day-to-day test services.
• Advance, refine, and implement new QA processes and systems to drive test service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and QA support directly with production and development teams.
• Manage project databases and take ownership of operational testing for assigned titles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a Senior Test Analyst or equivalent position in a development-integrated role.
• Successfully shipped at least 2 AAA titles on current generation console platforms and/or PC.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, build authoring pipeline, and advanced QA/QC methods.
• Demonstrated knowledge of test case design, QA and game development systems, tools, and database utilization.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and mentoring staff, both technically and behaviorally.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with excellent critical analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• BS in Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Communications, BA in Project Management, Business Intelligence, or QA related field.
• Successfully completed certifications such as ISQTB® Foundation and Intermediate Level CTAL, SQE Mastering Test Design Foundation Level, or PMI® CAPM®.
• Expertise in and familiarity with Agile techniques, including Kanban and SCRUM.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable programming and scripting languages, such as Dart, Java, JavaScript, C, C#, C++, and Python.
