What you will do

• Own the product and project scope end-to-end, acting as the primary point of responsibility for outcomes.
• Lead requirements discovery, clarification, and formalization with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive alignment between business goals, product vision, and technical implementation.
• Coordinate delivery activities, manage dependencies, and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior product, business analysis, or delivery leadership roles within software development.
• Proven experience working with complex B2B platforms or enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of the full product and delivery lifecycle, Traditional and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Experience with or strong understanding of OSS/BSS, telecom, or ISP-related domains is a strong advantage.
• Advanced English (C1+) required for leading client discussions.
• Availability for meetings with US-based stakeholders during 5:00–8:00 PM Kyiv time is required.
