What you will do

• Collaborate on a greenfield cloud-native Recognition and Rewards project, building and delivering a top-notch experience using AWS services (EventBridge, Lambda, SNS/SQS) and MongoDB Atlas.
• Leverage Agile methodologies and CI/CD for rapid feature releases.
• Mentor less experienced team members and foster an inclusive team culture.
• Build and productionize highly scalable and tolerant systems on AWS, utilizing internal tooling.
• Answer business questions and influence decisions using quantitative and qualitative data.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience, specifically on highly reliable large-scale systems.
• Proficient in object-oriented analysis and design.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and operating software applications with .NET Frameworks, strong C# skills, and messaging frameworks.
• Real-world experience building applications using cloud services like MongoDB Atlas, AWS Lambda, and AWS SNS/SQS.
• Ability to use APM tools such as DataDog for monitoring mission-critical applications.
