What you will do

• Write, maintain, and optimize high-quality code.
• Analyze and design new product architecture.
• Lead a small team of two backend developers.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in backend development with Python 3.x (FastAPI or Flask).
• Strong skills in designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including complex query writing and performance tuning.
• Experience with microservices architecture, asynchronous programming (asyncio, aiohttp), and API integrations.
• Good understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Spoken and written English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or leading developers.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
