What you will do

• Develop new features and optimize existing systems for client products.
• Build scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment.
• Collaborate on engineering initiatives and promote best practices.
• Participate in regular demos to share achievements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Python Backend Engineer with Django, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and pytest.
• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of HTTP, GraphQL, and gRPC protocols.
• Experience with relational and schema-less databases, including PostgreSQL, Neo4j, and Snowflake.
• Strong focus on testing and quality (unit, security, customer journey, accessibility).
• Experience building high-performance, scalable applications.
• Must be based in Portugal.
