What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (Flask, FastAPI).
• Build scalable, reliable systems for high-volume data processing.
• Work with databases and data stores such as PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Redis.
• Develop and maintain data workflows and background processing using tools like Apache Airflow.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to deploy and operate services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools such as GitHub Actions and Argo CD.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing production systems in Python.
• Strong experience building backend services and APIs with frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as GitHub.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
• Exposure to AdTech, media, or other large-scale data-intensive platforms.
• Experience working with search and/or messaging systems (Elastic/OpenSearch, Kafka).
• Understanding of AI/Machine Learning fundamentals and operations.
• Using AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot.
