What you will do
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify needs and shape the analytics strategy.
- Prioritize tasks balancing urgent requests with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metrics.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure product changes.
- Collect requirements and maintain event logging templates for accurate tracking.
- Ensure data quality, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations for product and marketing performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar analytics role.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong Python skills (pandas, data visualization, statistics) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistics, including experiment design and statistical tests.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively by presenting analysis results clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience in full-cycle product analytics, owning both product and marketing analytics.
- Experience with subscription monetization products (metrics, retention, churn analysis).
- Basic knowledge of Data Science (machine learning concepts, predictive modeling).
