Product Data Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive the development of the analytics function within a 600+ employee division.
• Analyze large-scale client and user interaction data to understand behavior patterns.
• Define and improve product and operational metrics (LTV, retention, engagement, efficiency).
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and build predictive/machine learning models.
• Visualize findings, prepare reports/dashboards, and translate insights into recommendations for product and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or product analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis and machine learning (pandas, visualization, ML libraries).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA) and experiment design (A/B testing).

Nice to have

• Experience with big data frameworks (e.g., Spark) and visualization tools (Metabase, Grafana).
• Familiarity with Agile environments and collaboration with development teams.
