Senior Product Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Proactively gather input on operational needs from Business Units.
• Align requirements, scope, and plan with company-wide initiatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and lead User Research, experimentation, A/B testing, and UAT.
• Own the Product Roadmap and prioritization, setting and tracking Product KPIs.
• Define user stories with acceptance criteria, including tracking and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts and alignment.

Requirements

• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for working with development teams, stakeholders, and third-party providers.
• Agile mindset with experience in facilitating workshops and making educated decisions.
• Technical understanding to manage software products including backend, back-office, and player-facing features for enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency with APIs, SQL, event-based services, and API exploration tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Ability to define observability, logging requirements, metrics, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with legal and regulatory analysis and product discovery/planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).

Nice to have

• Experience in Gaming, Payments, Revenue Recognition and Accounting, Taxation, CRM, or SAAS.
