Senior Product Delivery Specialist (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Delivery Specialist (Fintech): Translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps and managing the delivery of the Eqlipse Clearing solution for global CCPs and clearinghouses with an accent on turning customer needs into product backlog items and prioritizing requirements based on business value. Focus on improving product quality, reviewing business risks, and aligning development work with the product roadmap.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (at least 3 days a week in-office). The ability to travel sometimes to customer sites in different parts of the world may be required.

What you will do

• Translate product strategy into a roadmap, metrics, and desired functionality in the product backlog.
• Communicate customer needs to the team, manage expectations, and provide guidance to development teams.
• Prioritize product requirements considering business value, flow, and tradeoffs.
• Review business risks, issues, and impediments; attend agile ceremonies to align development with the roadmap.
• Build quality into acceptance criteria, accept work increments, and supervise release progress.
• Integrate with other business product lines and technology to align product strategy.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
• Driven, curious, and values continuous learning.
• Takes initiative and ownership while collaborating effectively.
• Confident in balancing multiple clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to communicate business activities.
• Strong English language skills.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
