Market Solution Specialist: Shaping the future of the regional application landscape by connecting business stakeholders with development teams to deliver solutions with an accent on gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating workshops, and managing initiative prioritization. Focus on conducting in-depth technical analyses for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) systems and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Type of Work: Hybrid (>50% at the office)

What you will do
- Collaborate with specialists and conduct strategic analysis with key stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, perform backlog grooming, and manage initiative prioritization.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot blockers, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth technical analyses in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) systems.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business needs.
Requirements
- Academic degree, preferably in Computer Science or software engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, application ownership, and user acceptance testing.
- Knowledge of integrations and managing dependencies between multiple teams.
- Experience in project and product management, working with Agile development teams.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
