What you will do

• Design and implement IAM frameworks and architectures across the organization.
• Develop strategies for user provisioning, identity governance, and privileged access management.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate applications and systems with IAM solutions.
• Ensure IAM systems comply with IT security standards and applicable regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices.
• Conduct IAM training and awareness programs for employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of proven experience as an IAM Architect or a similar role is required.
• Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM related services.
• Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including NIST CSF, NIS 2.0, OWASP, CIS Controls, Mitre Att&ck, and ISO 27000 series.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
