Growth Lead (Web3/DeFi): Leading expansion and adoption for a new appchain rollup framework focusing on user/trader growth and ecosystem marketing. Focus on brand partnerships, protocol activations, and co-marketing campaigns within the DeFi and EVM ecosystem.

Location: Remote (US/Canada). W2 Employment and Healthcare benefits are US only; flexible contract available for Canada.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Lead growth and ecosystem marketing for new initiatives.
• Promote user and trader growth for the new trading primitive.
• Work with BD & Partnerships specialists to support brand partnerships and co-marketing campaigns.
• Represent the business at events and thought leadership platforms.

Requirements

• Must be from a DeFi native background (protocol, exchange, or trading specific).
• Experienced working with early-stage teams in the web3 space, scaling user growth and retention for a DeFi product.
• In-depth understanding of rollups, DeFi and the general EVM ecosystem.
