Test Manager (Quality Assurance)

What you will do

• Lead and manage QA teams (manual and automation) across multiple projects.
• Plan and prioritize QA activities, managing workload, conflicts, and changing project contexts.
• Define and track quality metrics, analyze data, and report insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure QA processes and standards are maintained in a highly regulated environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and presales stakeholders.
• Advocate for quality decisions using data-driven arguments, balancing coverage, capacity, and costs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience improving and evolving testing processes.
• Experience managing manual and automation testing teams, including distributed teams.
• Ability to plan QA work, set testing priorities, and respond to overloads/conflicts.
• Experience defining and using quality metrics to drive decisions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, and justify quality decisions.
• Ability to understand the full SDLC and collaborate across development areas.
• English: B2+ required.
• Must be based in the European Union region and possess a valid work permit.
