Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform providing a full range of computing, storage, and networking services for customers in the US, Europe, and Asia. Our main product is a management system of various hosting services, including a customer portal and internal admin panels.

We are looking for an FP&A Manager with a passion for business partnering and financial analytics to drive strategic decisions and business performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the FP&A close process for revenue, MRR, and bookings for a critical business unit
• Partner with business unit leadership
• Manage monthly forecast model, process, and results for revenue and KPIs
• Build corporate reporting with variance explanations
• Contribute to board deck slides
• Lead budget reporting and meetings with variance updates
• Handle all ad hoc requests from the business leader

Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related
• Strong FP&A and business partnering experience
• Experience with revenue forecasting in MRR-based tech businesses
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to simplify complex financial stories
