Abeta Capital, an international financial services firm, is looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Back Office Specialist to support financial processes, maintain operational workflows and assist with basic corporate and migration documentation.
The role involves managing a cyclical workload, typically allocated as follows: ≈50% Finance, ≈30% Back Office and ≈20% Corporate/Migration Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance (approx. 50% time allocation)
Liaise with external accountants (CY, UAE); upload documents and contracts
Review financial statements and tax calculations prepared by external accountants
Process payments and monitor incoming invoices
Prepare monthly management accounts
Support the annual audit by coordinating documentation
Back Office (approx. 30% time allocation)
Perform transaction recording and reconciliation for client portfolios (using Excel and/or Wealth Asset Management Platform)
Maintain up-to-date document flow and contract / KYC registers
Track signing and circulation of agreements
Provide administrative and operational support across teams
Corporate / Migration Support (approx. 20% time allocation)
Complete forms and prepare document packages (migration, corporate filings, KYC/AML)
Conduct basic contract checks (accuracy of details, dates, amounts)
Coordinate prepared documents with external legal partners
