What you will do

• Analyze financial data to extract meaningful insights for senior management and operational business units.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize operational processes.
• Create new analytical tools and models to enhance financial control and to support operational performance analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis.
• Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations.
• Prepare monthly reports and handle ad-hoc reporting requests.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational or technology company.
• Have strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including the ability to analyze large sets of data, strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and storytelling.
• Are proficient in Excel.
• Are fluent in English.
• Have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Previous experience or familiarity with tools such as Power BI and Planning Analytics.
