Senior Product Manager
Location: Belgrade
Languages: English and Russian (fluent)
Relocation to Serbia: available
A dynamic IT company at the crossroads of marketing, gaming, and finance in the iGaming industry. Products are successfully launched across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
You will take full ownership of product evolution and enhancement, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a key role where you’ll drive product vision, execution, and delivery — ensuring our products remain competitive and customer-focused.
Responsibilities will include:
- Gaining deep understanding of customer experience, identifying product gaps, and generating new ideas to boost growth and market share.
- Developing and executing product strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to keep the product competitive in the iGaming space.
- Translating strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for development teams.
- Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business impact.
- Overseeing product localization.
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager in relevant industry.
- Solid skills in data analytics, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
