What you will do

• Lead go-to-market motions end-to-end, including strategy, enablement, deployment and ongoing refinement.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear stories that resonate with customers and differentiate hirify.global in the market.
• Build best-in-class materials across channels: presentations, value props, sales kits, website copy, solution briefs, data sheets, case studies, articles, white papers, and customer success stories.
• Partner with Product Managers and Sales to strengthen customer retention and support upselling and cross selling opportunities through sharper value narratives.
• Bring competitive insight, customer feedback, and market signals into roadmap discussions to help shape product direction.
• Partner with marketing teams to fuel demand generation with clear messaging, content ideas and customer storytelling.

Requirements

• 4-5 years in product marketing, product or pre-sales in banking, fintech, SaaS or enterprise software.
• A master’s degree in marketing and/or business management.
• Available to work in the Paris office.
• Bilingual in French and English , with the ability to communicate, write, and present fluently in both languages across all aspects of the role, including crafting compelling narratives and storytelling.
• Proven experience leading product or feature launches end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of financial institutions, market problems, end-customer pains, SaaS, cloud-native platforms and complex enterprise softwares.
