What you will do
- Define and implement hirify.global’s user acquisition strategy across all markets and platforms (mobile app and web).
- Optimize acquisition profitability and budget allocation to maximize LTV/CAC ratio.
- Manage online paid advertising campaigns across channels (Social Media Ads, Ad Networks, Apple Ads, Google).
- Drive creative excellence by analyzing ad performance and partnering with Design, Social Media, and AI solutions.
- Maximize App Store performance (ASO) through continual benchmarking and testing.
- Contribute to building a world-class team of UA experts by staying updated with industry developments.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product, Data, and CRM teams to ensure consistency across the user funnel.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of successful experience in B2C mobile app paid acquisition and ASO.
- Languages: Native-level French speaker and fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts simply.
- Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems and analyzing data.
- Used to experimentation methodology and able to learn and adapt quickly.
- Curious and enthusiastic about emerging trends, channels, and technologies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for spotting flaws and delivering efficiently.
