What you will do

• Lead software development, focusing on functional and non-functional aspects and ensuring end deliverables.
• Develop web applications using a modern, responsive stack and tooling.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and QA engineers to shape the product and analyze requirements.
• Ensure software solutions are tested, accessible, extensible, maintainable, secure, and performant.
• Actively contribute to hirify.global's public knowledge base by creating and reviewing training materials and documentation.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Frontend Engineers and refine team proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Senior Frontend role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
• English: Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills (C1 equivalent) required.
