What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests within Adobe Target to optimize user experiences.
• Develop and deploy personalized content and experiences using Adobe Target's segmentation and targeting capabilities.
• Integrate Adobe Target with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (like Adobe Analytics) and various platforms.
• Write, test, and deploy JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code snippets to implement advanced tracking.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to test deployments and continuously optimize tests.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on test results to stakeholders, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years working with A/B testing and site personalization efforts, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform.
• Working experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to make changes for Target-related requirements.
• Experience working with Adobe Launch.
• Experience with Adobe Target Web service implementation.
• Ability to integrate additional systems and build out the Adobe stack.
• Participate in technical & functional discussions with all business & IT teams.

Nice to have

• AEM knowledge.
• Experience in design-level documentation (BRD, Technical and architectural diagrams).
• Ability to use real-time web analytics for monitoring results and optimizing testing outcomes.
