What you will do

• Build and deliver secure, scalable environments (POCs and production-ready) on Kubernetes.
• Support customers by investigating and resolving technical issues with precision and care.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain new features and infrastructure.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s NextGen Cloud platform and its evolution.
• Share knowledge through internal TechTalks, documentation, and mentoring.
• Drive innovation in processes and tools to continuously improve platform reliability and customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
• Fluent with creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm based deployments.
• Strong believer in infrastructure as code and deployment automation.
• Curious and eager to contribute to CI/CD, dependency management, and vulnerability management.
• A patient, resilient problem solver with sharp attention to detail.
• Collaborative, communicative, and committed to sharing knowledge and continuous learning.
• Essential skills include: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm Charts, Cloud experience (AWS and/or Azure), Argo Workflows & ArgoCD.
