What you will do

• Gather and reformat data from primary and secondary sources for analysis.
• Use Python and GIS tools to analyze datasets and identify trends and insights.
• Prepare analytical reports to communicate findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to recommend system improvements and data governance policies.
• Document the data analysis process for reproducibility and transparency.

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience applying data analysis principles.
• Intermediate proficiency with Python, including use of libraries like NumPy or pandas.
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) methodologies, API integrations, and database design.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Pro, Survey123, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• A certificate in Data Science or Data Engineering may supplement a non-technical degree.
• Demonstrated ability to identify trends and build diagnostic or predictive models.
• Experience preparing data-driven deliverables for non-technical leadership audiences.
• Familiarity with git-based version control systems.
• Exposure to DevSecOps or analytics development workflows.
