Director AI Engineering (AI): Leading a team to deploy innovative AI Products and capabilities across hirify.global’s portfolio with an accent on increasing research productivity and deploying ML models and AI agents into production. Focus on designing, deploying, and improving ultra-low latency and ultra-high reliability ML systems and AI agents on AWS across various market platforms.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (3 days/week in-office)

Salary: €4,500–€6,400 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Conduct code reviews and design meetings to maintain high velocity and quality standards leveraging CI/CD and AI tools.
• Partner with internal business and technical teams across global time zones, leading bi-weekly sprint reviews.
• Design, deploy, and improve ML systems built on AWS to ensure ultra-low latency and ultra-high reliability.
• Design, deploy, and improve AI agents across Market Platforms, Capital Access Platforms, and Anti-Financial Crime divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Clear communicator with experience in leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital markets, FinTech, or a regulated industry.
• Exposure to global teams in cross-border collaboration.
