What you will do

• Ensure a world-class, scalable back-end infrastructure.
• Work with the team to move toward the next goal.
• Rapidly ship features to users and the internal team.
• Continuously evaluate code, infrastructure, and processes to improve them.
• Automate manual processes.
• Share feedback on roadmap direction and ideas.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience working in an early-stage start-up.
• A well-rounded product engineering toolkit.
• The ability to work independently and autonomously.
• The ability to operate in a small team with shifting priorities.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and large volumes of data.

Nice to have

• LLM experience, such as building RAG-models and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with the main foundation models on the market.
• Some front-end experience.
