What you will do

• Manage high-level client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring alignment with client business visions.
• Lead the definition of innovative communication strategies, promoting cutting-edge agency tools and pioneering new approaches.
• Drive the integration and strategic application of Digital Media, Tech, and Martech solutions into client strategies.
• Strategically manage the budget of assigned brands, identifying client needs and defining success through KPIs.
• Coordinate daily interactions with internal agency functions for seamless collaboration and leveraging the WPP network.
• Oversee complex problem-solving initiatives, integrating cross-disciplinary insights, and conducting advanced competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic media leadership or client management within the media industry, preferably with Pharma or FMCG clients.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic media planning and a deep understanding of the digital, tech, and martech landscape.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing full-funnel digital strategies.
• Exceptional client advocacy and negotiation skills, with a history of shaping client engagements.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Fluent English (C1) is mandatory.
