Account Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting to ensure overall client goal attainment.
• Maintain relationships with key account stakeholders to maximize promotional opportunities.
• Prepare campaign performance reports, delivering campaign insight and optimisation opportunities.
• Synthesize key data points, identify trends, and recommend activities to maximize business results.
• Address technical issues with media campaign serving.
• Manage reconciliation, invoicing/billing, trafficking, and mapping data to our internal media campaign management platform.

Requirements

• Proven media agency background.
• Strong hands-on experience running campaigns in Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP.
• Solid working knowledge of CitrusAd and Criteo (onsite and offsite retail media).
• Confident managing senior client stakeholders, simplifying complex performance results into clear recommendations.
• Passion for coaching and building capability in your team.

Nice to have

• Experience of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or retailer clean room analytics.
• Exposure to wider commerce channels (e.g. Tesco Media).
