What you will do

• Build, maintain, and ensure consistency of a centralized database for commercial terms and standard offers.
• Collect, process, and validate commercial terms across markets, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
• Structure and manage market-specific commercial terms, considering local business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, update, and adapt standard commercial offers for different markets in line with company policy.
• Review and validate offers prepared by Business Development and Account Management teams for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Analytical thinking.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Russian: B2/Native.
• English: B1 and above.

Nice to have

• Experience in working with documents (Foreign Trade Agreements, Invoices).
• Experience in working with 1C, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Experience as an account manager.
