Junior Business Intelligence Specialist (SaaS): Supporting a diverse customer base by troubleshooting data flow issues and implementing configuration changes to dashboards, charts, and KPIs using SQL and Qlik Sense. Focus on resolving support requests, actively communicating with customers, and participating in the continuous development of internal processes.

Location: Hybrid work environment in Afi Park 1, Bucharest, Romania. Be available for evening shifts that end at 1 am to offer support for customers in the Americas

Salary: 5000 to 5900 RON/Net per month

What you will do

• Serve a diverse customer base and support all the different solutions offered.
• Tackle customer challenges and advise them on our software.
• Troubleshoot data flow issues and implement configuration changes to dashboards, charts, and KPIs using SQL and Qlik Sense.
• Communicate with customers in writing and occasionally participate in client meetings.
• Resolve support requests independently or by cooperating with teammates.
• Take part in the continuous development of internal processes.

Requirements

• Understanding of relational databases, SQL, or some other programming language.
• Understanding of Qlik Sense, or other BI tools (such as PowerBI or Tableau).
• Strong desire to serve and support customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent working style and taking ownership of what you do.
• Great communication skills and fluency in English (other language skills are appreciated).

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of the Procurement/Finance context is a plus.
