What you will do

• Establish the technical vision and unlock best-in-class capabilities in the marketing technology ecosystem.
• Serve as a technical leader, providing solution guidance and influencing technical decisions across multiple teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define and champion the technical aspects of product roadmaps.
• Drive the design and architecture of complex, high-impact technical solutions leveraging the hirify.global product suite.
• Design, build, test, and deliver scalable, extensible, maintainable, and observable services for hirify.global digital experiences.
• Innovate Agile and DevOps practices, driving continuous improvement in process, controls, scalability, and maturity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining large-scale, highly performant, and resilient production services.
• Proficient in modern software architectural principles and patterns for Domain-driven design.
• Experience developing back-end software with Typescript and Node.js.
• Experience in building scalable applications based on micro-service architecture in public cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, AppSync, SNS, SQS, OpenSearch, and ElastiCache.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB), Graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune), Web Services (REST, GraphQL), and Data streams (Kafka, Kinesis).
• Experience with web security, including JWT lifecycle management, CORS, CSP, and XSS prevention.
• Experience in test-driven development and testing frameworks like Jest, Playwright.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
