Salary: $112,000–$143,000 USD + bonus, equity, and US Benefits

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise in the post-sales process, outlining value and clarifying requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs, design, and build customized solutions on the hirify.global platform.
• Develop and implement production-grade solutions within customer environments using prompt engineering and Python scripting.
• Integrate with other systems and technologies using APIs and databases.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and team members.

Requirements

• Proficiency in prompt engineering to build, improve, and optimize prompts.
• Experience in requirements gathering, scoping, and developing technical solutions in collaboration with customers.
• Experience in Python scripting.
• Experience with APIs and databases (e.g., RESTful APIs, SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience working on the hirify.global platform or similar automation platforms.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially with executives and leaders.
