What you will do

• Integrate new and existing Football Manager features into the console codebase ensuring build stability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and Game Designers to scope and develop new console features.
• Work across multiple platforms to optimize performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with QA, Producers, and engineering teams on development and planning.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to engineers within the Football Manager team.
• Own systems within the Football Manager Console codebase and proactively identify enhancements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Greater London with hybrid work attendance.
• Minimum four years professional experience with C# as main language and C++ as secondary.
• Experience with Unity and knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Strong software engineering skills including design patterns and performance optimization.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams and working on multiplatform systems.
• Good communication skills and self-motivation.
