Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near London with hybrid office attendance
• 5+ years experience building production full-stack software focused on usability
• Experience with scalable internal applications and platforms
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Focus on reliability, iterative improvement, and empathetic communication
