Location: Your role will involve spending time at the client’s office. Travel approximately 30 to 60% of your time.

What you will do

• Conduct pre-sales calls to understand potential clients' needs and challenges.
• Guide customers in deploying models and products into their infrastructure, fine-tuning models, and integrating APIs for a smooth user experience.
• Liaise with product and technical teams, relay feedback, and suggest improvements, designing and developing product features to meet customer needs.
• Ensure customers are maximizing the product's potential, providing post-deployment support and periodic reviews for satisfaction and feedback.
• Execute technical discovery to understand client needs and desired outcomes, identifying opportunities where Mistral solutions unlock the most value.
• Create a strategic vision for the customer based on a deep understanding of their strategy, desired business outcomes, and required capabilities.

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• Proven experience in product implementation in AI or machine learning products.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in developing custom prototypes using frameworks in Python or Javascript.
• Foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science and proficient in understanding and developing code.
• Fluent in English.
