What you will do

• Develop and support applications for clearing data in cloud processing, handling millions of trades daily.
• Collaborate with other team members, scrum master, product owner, and product manager.
• Participate in POD ceremonies including PI planning, Sprint planning, and daily standups.
• Support the production environment and ensure system reliability and availability.
• Influence financial system architecture by focusing on migrating and redesigning applications to GCP.
• Identify opportunities for code optimization and provide input for code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Core Java development experience.
• Proficiency with Spring frameworks and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working in Cloud platforms and related services (preferably Google Cloud).
• Experience with Linux and a good understanding of OS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Futures and Option trading.
• Experience with UC4 and Splunk.
• Experience using Confluence, JIRA, or other Atlassian tools.
• Experience with automation and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and Chef.
