Location: This is a hybrid role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office. Candidates must be amenable to working a mid-shift (4PM – 1AM Manila time).

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize web and video content update requests across business units.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan, build, QA, and launch new website pages.
• Maintain governance across web properties, ensuring consistency in layout, branding, and metadata.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for accuracy, functionality, and accessibility compliance.
• Support SEO initiatives by implementing metadata, internal linking, and structured content updates.
• Document processes, maintain web standards, and collaborate with analytics stakeholders for optimization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, website production, or web project management.
• Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal experience a big plus).
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.
• High attention to detail with a focus on process consistency and quality assurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Amenable to working mid-shift (4PM – 1AM Manila time) and twice a week in the hirify.global office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Nice to have

• Previous website content management system experience (Drupal experience a big plus).
• A strong understanding of web technologies (e.g. responsive design, SEO, light HTML).
• Experience in using Adobe Photoshop to resize/crop website images.
• Experience developing B2B digital destinations with a lead conversion or revenue focus.
• Proficient knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira and Monday.
