TL;DR

Lead - Enterprise Architecture: Shaping how scalable, secure, and high-performing systems are designed and implemented with an accent on establishing architectural principles, patterns, and best practices. Focus on creating high-level system designs, building POCs for new technologies, and providing technical mentorship to engineering teams.

Location: Atlanta, USA, hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office.

What you will do

• Establish architectural principles, patterns, and best practices for scalable and maintainable systems.
• Create high-level system designs and build POCs or early versions of code using new technologies.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to outline technical requirements for large-scale projects.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Assess new tools, frameworks, and platforms to drive innovation and improve system efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years industry experience in software development.
• Experience with software development (e.g., .NET, Python, C#).
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience with creating or supporting CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins).
• Strong architectural understanding and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and ability to build high-performing AI applications.
• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures.
