What you will do

• Build and lead a world-class 3D and AI product engineering team.
• Architect and prototype critical Unreal Engine pipelines and scalable AI node-based workflows.
• Establish and oversee the organization's AI governance framework, ensuring content standards.
• Drive strategy for AI-Assisted 3D/Unreal Engine production, maintaining product correctness.
• Direct AI research, vetting and prototyping new tools for flexibility and adaptability.
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and exploration within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a directorial, supervisory, or lead role.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with 3D software and real-time game engines (Unreal Engine).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Generative AI prompting for image and video creation.
• Demonstrable experience setting strategy and leading teams in generative AI, especially for 3D and AI workflows.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, ethics, social responsibility, and brand integrity in AI-generated content.
• Experience with film, real-time development, virtual production, post-production, VFX, and high-end rendering pipelines.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience in automotive advertising.
